I will package your order with care and consideration after we have received payment for your order.

PROCESSING TIME (starts after payment is received):

I do my best to get your piece of jewelry made and shipped out to you as quickly as humanly possible. However, all of my products are handmade, and it takes me time to work on each order.

DEFAULT SHIPPING SPEED:
I ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel or Canada Post Expedited Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate.

SHIPPING UPGRADE:
I do offer shipping upgrades which you can select during check out. If you need help or have questions please contact me, I am here to help.

You can upgrade the speed of your shipping depending on where you are located - USA addresses from USPS First-Class Mail, which takes 2-5 business days to arrive via USPS Priority or Express. Or Canadian addresses from Expedited Parel to Xpress Post via Canada Post which will be the same time frame. I do offer shipping refunds if too much is initially paid.

Please note that shipping upgrades do not bypass the processing time that is outlined above.

INSURANCE:
At my expense, all packages are shipped with insurance. Rather be safe than sorry.

ADDRESS CHANGE:
If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction don’t panic, it happens to the best of us. Please contact me ASAP to correct the address. If for some reason I have already shipped your package you will be responsible for contacting USPS and if the package gets sent back to me you will need to pay for return shipping.

TRACKING:
When your order ships you should receive an email that includes either your USPS or Canada Post tracking number.

OTHER NOTES ABOUT SHIPPING:
Once I drop your package off at the Post Office its delivery speed is out of my control. I'm happy to help you locate your tracking information and assist you with the shipping process, but please keep in mind that USPS and Canada Post are a separate entity from my shop.

While I can't control Canada Post or USPS, all orders are insured, and I'm here to assist in locating your shipment. If it's genuinely lost, we'll navigate the replacement process together. If you suspect your package is lost, it's advisable to reach out to Canada Post or USPS directly. My hands are a bit tied on this end, so initiating contact with the postal service about a missing package begins with you. Let's work together to ensure your order reaches its destination seamlessly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I do provide international shipping services. Please respect that I cannot declare your custom forms as a "gift" and/or state that the package is worth less than it is.

I also ask that international customers are patient when it comes to the arrival of their goods. It can take up to a month to receive your package from my shop if it's being shipped abroad.

Regarding USPS custom numbers: It is normal for international packages to appear to have stopped being updated on the customs number when they leave the USA (often will stop being tracked in CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA). This is due to the fact that once the package leaves CANADA it gets transferred to your local postal service and is no longer scanned using USPS's or Canada Posts technology. Do not worry if this happens to your customs number. If you are concerned about the time it is taking, please contact your country's postal service for more information. I cannot do this for you.
